Lots of diseases can enter our bodies through our feet without proper footwear.
We fight that by providing children in need a pair of brand-new shoes.

This is where it all started and is our biggest event every year. Every January we give away approximately 650 pairs of shoes to the children of the island.

In 2019 Brenda was able to visit this village for the first time. She showed up with a van full of shoes and was struck by the extreme need She knew she didn't have enough shoes for all the children and it broke her heart.
Since then, she has returned with volunteer groups on multiple occasions and has given shoes to every child in the village. She plans on returning every year.
Aavante
In 2020 Brenda was struck by the amazing people of this village. They were so loving and welcoming. She didn't realize until after she left that most of them didn't even have basic necessities like running water in their homes.

This school provides classes for special needs children on the island of Isla Mujeres, Mexico.
We have been able to provide new shoes for all of their students.
